Organization Through Measurement-Driven Strategic Alignment
David Wade and Ronald Recardo
Corporate Performance
Management offers the link between the high level strategy and how to get the whole place
moving in one direction. Jocelyn Caputi, Director, Johnson & Johnson
To achieve excellence in
an organization, there are several fundamental elements that must be in place: a
well-defined strategy, an effective process, organizational and technology architectures,
top to bottom organizational alignment, and key performance metrics. This is a book that
clearly defines these elements and how they integrate with each other for those seeking
significant results. Louis S. Schmukler, Vice President, Quality Management,
Hoffmann-La Roche Inc.
Experts agree that a specific
business strategy must be chosen for a corporation to excel. Beyond the strategy,
companies must have a performance measurement system that links every aspect of the
organization from the boardroom to the factory floor and boosts financial returns.
In Corporate Performance
Management, David Wade and Ron Recardo explain how to craft a sound and focused business
strategy by using a unique and pragmatic performance-measurement system. Case studies show
how successful companies align overall strategy, performance measurement metrics, and
personnel and technology. This book provides tools and techniques for applying these
concepts within your own organization.
